Wilma Jean Fullmer

Wilma Jean Fullmer, 74, of Orem, Utah, returned to her Heavenly Father on Thursday, July 25, 2024. Wilma was born February 22, 1950, in Salt Lake City, Utah, and was the fourth of twelve children born to Joseph Theron Smith and Neva Harper Smith. She married F. Keith Fullmer in the Salt Lake Temple on June 3, 1971.

Wilma was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, a dear sister, a trusted friend, an inspirational teacher, a giving neighbor, a talented and hard-working woman, and a faithful daughter of God.

Wilma loved playing the organ, especially for her friends at the Senior Friendship Center, volunteering at her grandchildrens’ schools, reading fantasy novels and giving books to her grandchildren to read, singing with her family and in the choir, and spending time with family, friends and neighbors. Wilma was a fan of all things Disney, especially traveling to Disney World and taking cruises around the world with her dear friend and sister-in-law Joyce Seabury. Wilma was an avid gardener with quite a green thumb, she enjoyed BYU sports with her children and graduated from the Church College of Hawaii, receiving her Bachelors of Education from BYU.

Wilma is survived by her daughter Barbara Jean Fullmer Alldredge, sons Franklin Alan Fullmer and Gary Scott Fullmer, her siblings Steven Smith, Pam Werner, Becky Johnson, Barbara Qadri, David Smith and Bryan Smith, her six grandchildren and one great-grandson. She was preceded in death by her husband Keith, father Theron, mother Neva, and siblings Roger Smith, Shirley Olson, Wanda Wood, Nancy Smith, and Wendell Smith. 

Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 1, 2024, at 10:00 am at the Lakeview LDS Stake Center located at 450 West 1800 South, Orem, Utah. Burial will be in the Orem City Cemetery at 1520 North 800 East in Orem.
