William Hall Love ,89, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2014 from complications incident to age. He was born in LaBelle, Jefferson, Idaho January 20, 1925 to Clarence Barnes Love and Florence May (Mazie) Hall Love. He graduated from Roberts High School and attended one year of college at Ricks College now BYU Idaho. He left to serve a mission in the Northern California Mission with headquarters in San Francisco. After returning home he married Barbara Bowen on December 29, 1948 in the Idaho Falls Temple. They were blessed to be together for 56 years. After farming in Osgood for seven years, he began work as a hot cell technician at the National Reactor Testing Station west of Idaho Falls. After 27 years he retired, moved to Orem, and worked with his sons at National Applied Computer Technologies. Following his retirement from this company, he and Barbara served many years as temple workers in the Provo and Mount Timpanogos Temples . During this time they served a family history mission in Maine microfilming probate, land, and historical society records. He was a master gardener and always had beautiful yards. In his later years he enjoyed tying rugs and giving them to his family. William is survived by his four children: Janice Love Gordon, Kirk (Sandy) Love, Kyle (Claudia) Love, Kelvin (Angelica) Love, a brother Gary Loyd (LaRee) Love and sister Mary Jo (Lane) Rawlins, 27 grandchildren, and 53 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, parents, his brothers Stephen Lynn and Clarence J. and a sister Diane Love Powell. The family would like to thank Summerfield Retirement Center and Envision Home Health and Hospice for their compassionate care of our father. A viewing will be held Sunday, October 12, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Sundberg-Olpin Mortuary, 495 South State Street, Orem, Utah. Funeral Services will be held Monday October 13, 2014 with a viewing from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. and services starting at 11:00 a.m. at the American Fork 38th Ward chapel 860 East 930 South, American Fork, Utah. There will be a graveside service held at Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery, 4602 South Yellowstone Highway, Idaho Falls, Idaho at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday October 14th.
