Vincent Paul McCauley Jr., 50, passed away suddenly on February 16, 2020 in Orem, Utah. He was born on October 12, 1969 in Glendale, California to Vincent Paul and Eleanore Christine Adrian McCauley.
Vince grew up in La Crescenta, California. He graduated from Crescenta valley High School. He worked in construction, as an elevator technician, and a bar manager while he lived in California. After moving to Utah he worked in construction and at UIS as a receiving manager, where loved both his job and the people.
Vince loved life, camping, steaks on the grill, and being on water of any kind. He loved spending time with his family, friends, and colleagues. Vince loved his faith and attended St. Francis of Assissi Catholic Church and was a member of the Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by his loving companion and soulmate Kelley Christensen, many Nieces and Nephews, and seven Siblings, Christi (Sister-in-Law) of Portland, Oregon; Larry (Carole) McCauley of La Crescenta, California; Mary (Tim) Preston of Virgina Beach, VA; Chris (Yolanda) McCauley of Afton, California; Theresa (Mike) Chandless of Canyon County, California; Monica McCauley of Canyon County, California; and Eleanor (Bill) Moyer of Long Beach, California.
He was preceeded in death by his parents and brother Tony McCauley.
A memorial service will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 500 North 100 East, Orem, Utah at 5 p.m. on Friday, February 28.
