Trent Robert Saez left this earth on Monday, July 24, 2017, at the young age of 28. Trent was born on August 30, 1988, to Teresa Tervort Saez and Troy Saez. He was tiny but he was so strong. That strength carried Trent through some tough times in his short life.
Trent grew up in Orem. He attended Mountain View High School. He loved to skateboard. In fact, it was his passion. Trent had dreams of becoming a pro skater. He skated in the Dew games and met a lot of his skate idols, a dream come true for him. He won many skateboarding competitions.
Trent was talented in many different things. He was given a guitar and taught himself to play. His good friend Ronnie taught him to play the drums. He loved the outdoors, music, boxing, longboarding trough the canyon, and sculpting. He was an amazing human being. We only wish that Trent knew just how amazing he truly was.
Trent had worked at the Utah State Developmental Center and was most recently employed by Danville Services. Trent had a huge heart and a gentle soul. He had a smile that could light up the darkest corner of the room. He had the ability to make everyone feel like they were his best friend. He was especially close with his siblings. He was a great big brother to all of them. He loved them very much.
Trent is survived by his mother Teresa; his father Troy; his sisters Taygen, Sofia, and Chalet; his brothers Shay and Wyatt; his grandparents Rick & Sylvia Atkin and Robert & Michelle Saez; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends that love and miss him so dearly. He is proceeded in death by his grandmother Carol Parker, stepmother Milinda, and many other loved ones.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday, August 1, 2017, from 12 to 2 p.m. at the Sundberg-Olpin Mortuary located at 495 South State Street in Orem, Utah. A graveside service will be held at the Orem City Cemetery immediately following the viewing. In Lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations made to help cover the costs of saying goodbye to Trent.

“My candle burns at both ends;
It will not last the night;
But, ah, my foes and, oh, my friends—
It gives a lovely light.”
~ Edna St. Vincent Millay
