Stephen Gardner
May 9, 1937 — January 3, 2018
Stephen L. Gardner, age 80, of West Valley City, Utah, died peacefully on Wednesday, January 3, 2018, due to incidence of age. He was born May 9, 1937, to Louis Gardner and Norma Hansen Gardner.
Stephen was very educated and taught economics at a number of universities throughout the country. He had a passion for photography and film. He loved “making movies” and he studied the trade as much as possible. He also loved his health and living a healthy lifestyle. Stephen was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Steve was preceded in death by his parents Louis and Norma and brothers James Gardner of Salt Lake City and Douglas Gardner of Louisiana.
A graveside service will be held Friday, January 12, 2018, at 11 a.m. at the Orem City Cemetery located at 1520 North 800 East, Orem, Utah. We appreciate the love and support from the folks at Legacy House in Spanish Fork, Utah, as well as Comfort Worx Hospice. A special thanks goes out to Flo for being a living angel to Steve.
