Ruth Ann (Harker) Harward, 72, died peacefully Tuesday the 14th of March 2017 at her home in Vineyard, Utah, surrounded by family and dear friends.

Born on October 31, 1944, in Rexburg, Idaho, to Alfred Henry Harker and Ruth Evans Harker, Ruth Ann moved to Salt Lake City where she graduated from South High School in 1962. She met and married her sweetheart Richard Glenn Harward in the Salt Lake Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on September 2,1964.

Ruth Ann and her husband started in Salt Lake City and lived in Denver for a short time finally settling in Garden Grove, California, for over a decade to raise their family. Later, they moved to the Seattle area where Ruth Ann worked in the Seattle Washington Temple for many years.  Upon retiring they moved to Idaho Falls to be closer to family.  Her final three years were spent in Vineyard, Utah, and her greatest joy was family.
