Norma Fullmer Jensen, age 90, passed away peacefully August 12th 2014. She was born on August 25, 1923, in Springville, Utah. Norma was the fourth of five lively, fun-spirited daughters of Alma and Bertha Clyde Fullmer. Norma married Ira Andrew Jensen on December 29th 1948. Norma and Ira enjoyed nearly 65 years together sharing experiences such as square dancing, fireman conventions, camping and many family activities. They were blessed with three sons, Terry (Peggy) Taylor of St. George, Randy (Alyson) Jensen of Orem and Dennis (Carolyn) Jensen of Orem. Norma was very social and had a zest for life, making friends everywhere she went. In her early years she enjoyed bowling, bridge club, participating in fire ladies auxiliary and raising her three boys. Norma was an avid Jazz fan and one of Tiger Woods most loyal followers. She loved traveling with Ira on their many trips to Mesquite, Wendover and Las Vegas. One of Norma's greatest joys was the love she had for all of her children and grandchildren, and the love that they shared with her in return. She will be sorely missed by all of her family members and many friends. She leaves behind 20 grandchildren, 58 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren. Norma was preceded in death by her husband Ira, her mother and father, and her sisters Donnetta, Maurine, and Wilda. She is survived by her sister Marie (Dean) Tipton. Funeral services will be held at the Cherry Hill Stake Center, 1700 S. 400 E, Orem Saturday, August 16th at 1 p.m. Friends are invited to visit with the family Friday evening, August 15th at Sundberg-Olpin Funeral Home, 495 S State Street Orem, 6 to 8 p.m. and prior to the services at the church 12 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. Internment at Orem City Cemetery.
