Marie Lourdes Rittmanic
February 11, 1985 — June 22, 2016
Marie Lourdes Dorianna Sylvia Bosquet Rittmanic returned home to our Heavenly Father on Wednesday June 22, 2016 in Orem UT at age 31. Marie was born on February 11, 1985 in the beautiful town of Curepipe, Mauritius to George Thomas Bosquet and Marie Françoise Brigitte Bosquet. She married Shawn Vincent Rittmanic on May 7, 2010 in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple for time and all eternity.
Marie was a champion runner, excellent bead worker, painter, and mountain climber. She ran track for her Country Mauritius, and for Brigham Young University. She received International Medals for the 400 & 800 Meter Races. She was an incredible Wife, Mother, and Friend to everyone she met. She loved her husband and son more than can be written. Marie was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and served in many capacities. She loved all those in the communities where she lived.
Marie is survived by her husband Shawn Vincent Rittmanic, and her son Zelorick Ephraim Rittmanic. She is also survived by her loving Parents; George Thomas Bosquet & Marie Françoise Brigitte Bosquet along with her siblings; Stephanie, Sophie, and Thomy.
Funeral Services will be held Friday June 24, 2016 at 11:00 AM, with a viewing at 9:30 AM in the Lakeview 9th Ward Chapel located at 155 West 1600 South
Orem, UT. Marie will be laid to rest in the Payson, Utah Cemetery.
