Karon Hunter

Karon Rae Hunter, age 48, resident of American Fork, passed away Tuesday, January 18, 2022.  She was born March 7, 1973 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Purificasion and Larry Shaver.

She was a loving, caring mother who would do absolutely anything for her son, CJ.  She loved her Ford Trucks, and was one of the biggest Utah Utes fans you could find! She loved to joke around, make others laugh, and always found friends wherever she went.  She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Karon is survived by her only son, Christopher Joseph Hunter of Las Vegas, Nevada, her brother Ben Shaver of Oregon, and her mother Purificasion Shaver of American Fork, Utah.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 24th, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Highland City Cemetery located at 633 West 1100 North, Highland City, Utah 84003
