Florence June Neagle Hair, 87, passed away in the home of her daughter in Mesa, Arizona on December 14, 2015. She was born June 20, 1928 in Yankton, South Dakota to James Marion and Klista Charlotte Kennedy Neagle. After graduating from Provo High School in 1946, she attended Brigham Young University. She met her husband, Allen Hair on a blind date on January 1, 1951 and they were married September 7, 1951 at the Manti LDS Temple. They celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary shortly before Allen's passing on September 28, 2014. June was an accomplished administrative assistant working in the Orem City Manager's office for many years until her retirement. She and Allen lived in many parts of the United States throughout Allen's military career. June cared for her family alone many times when Allen was out of the country on an Air Force assignment. June was a wonderful homemaker, and her children and grandchildren benefited from her sewing and baking. She helped Allen deliver Meals on Wheels, and served at the Timpanogos LDS Temple along with many other service opportunities in the community and LDS Church. June and Allen made their home in Orem, Utah from 1974 to 2014. June is survived by her brother and sister, Charles William Neagle and Shirley Stevensen; her daughter and son-in-law, Connie and Robert Bishop; son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Jane Hair; and daughter, Joanne Hanks. There are also 12 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. A graveside service and burial will take place at the Orem City Cemetery on Monday, December 21, 2015 at 1pm, followed by an open house from 3-5pm held in her honor at 21 North Paradise, Orem, Utah.
