Jonathan Martin Taylor 17 years old of Orem Utah passed away on Wednesday May 2nd 2018. Jonathan was born July 9, 2000 in San Antonio, Texas to Alfred and Jolynn Taylor.
Jonathan (JT) was an energetic, strong person with so many gifts. He loved sports. Watching, playing, and talking about them. His favorites were Football and Basketball. He loved people. He was a friend to all and took every opportunity to stop and give a friend his famous heartwarming smile and a hug. (He gave the very best hugs). He had an amazing laugh and he felt things so intensely. He loved to create things. He enjoyed cooking. He liked to create food. His famous homemade animal fries were amazing. He also created a new fry recipe for the Fat Cat’s crew at work. He was an example of acceptance and love. He did not judge people. He treated everyone with kindness.
JT is survived by his parents Al and Jolynn Taylor; and his brother Gavyn Taylor. He is preceded in death by his Grandfather Don Parker and his Grandparents Dan and Olga Taylor.
A Funeral will be held on Monday, May 7, 2018 at 11 a.m. in the Orchard Stake Center Chapel located at 880 East 600 North, Orem, Utah. A viewing for friends and family will be held Sunday evening from 6pm to 8pm at the Sundberg-Olpin Mortuary located at 495 South State Street in Orem, and on Monday just prior to the service from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Orem City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the perpetual education fund for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
