Jessie Christen

Jessie Christen, age 90, passed away December 7, 2014 at home of natural causes. Jessie was born June 19, 1924, the daughter of Leo and Bernice Thompson. She graduated from Payson High School in 1942. She married Paul D. Christen May 19, 1951. He proceeded her in death 7 months ago. She is survived by her children: Dan and Carla Forbes, Dennis and Eun Christen, Frank(deceased) and Jolene Todd, and Paul D and Kris Christen. Survived by her siblings: Donna Baker, Lawrence Thompson, Jarvie Thompson, Weltha Johnson and her two sister-in-laws Bobbi Bourgeous and Eva Thompson. She was proceeded in death by her infant son Terry, six siblings, and two grandchildren, London Christen and Lance Forbes. She will be missed by many loving grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday December 13 with a viewing from 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 at the Sundberg Olpin Mortuary, 495 South State Street, Orem, Utah. Interment, Lindon City Cemetery.
