James "Bill" William Frampton

James W. (Bill) Frampton passed peacefully on August 30th 2023. Bill was born November 4, 1939 to Earl and Aileen Frampton. Bill grew up in Provo, Utah along side his brother and sister, Bob and Shauna Frampton.

Bill found the love of his life, Carol Frampton and was married in 1959, celebrating 64 years of marriage on August 28th. Together they had two children, Bret Frampton (Eva) and Brandi Clark (Chris). Bill loved all of his granddaughters Caitlin, Austie, Courtney, Natosha, Bailey, and Presley. 

Bill’s greatest joy in life was his wife and his family along with hunting, fishing, boating on Lake Powell, exploring on ATVs, singing by the campfire, and spending the winters in Mexico with close friends.

Bill built a beautiful cabin along the Strawberry River where many memories were made by family and friends.

Our family will honor the memory of Bill with a viewing Tuesday, September 5th 11:00am-12:30pm at Sundberg-Olpin Mortuary 495 South State Street Orem, Utah.
