Iris Ella Kliewer Miller of Orem Utah passed away on January 5, 2015. She was born October 17, 1920 in Nakomis, Saskatchewan Canada to Edward F and Emma (Stahl) Kliewer. They returned to the United States when she was a month old and made their home in Newton Kansas. Iris married Forrest Elmer Miller on May 13, 1938 in McCherson Kansas. She worked at the Beach Craft Boeing Aircraft in Wichita during WWll and was Rosie the riveter on B29's. In 1952 Forrest's job took them to Orem, Utah and then to Casper Wyoming from 1969 to 1990 and then back to Utah where they enjoyed many happy years with family and friends. She was a member of Valley Chapter #3 Order of the Eastern Star Provo, Utah. She is survived by her daughter Judith Lou (Marvin) Baker of Big Fork Montana, 2 grandsons Kirt (Lisa) Prestwich of Orem, Utah and Forrest Sean Waymire of Brown Deer, Wsconsin. 3 Great granddaughters, and 7 great-great grandchildren. Iris was preceded in death by her husband, parents, 2 sisters and a brother. Funeral Services will take place on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. at Sundberg-Olpin Mortuary located at 495 South State Street in Orem, Utah. A visitation will take place prior to the services from 10:00-11:45 a.m. Interment will take place at Timpanogos Memorial Gardens Cemetery 1000 North 400 East Orem, Utah.
