Hyrum Nicol

Hyrum Dale Nicol, 70, passed away September 26, 2019 at Bel Aire Assisted Living. Dale was born February 22, 1949 to Brigham R. Nicol & Ruby P. Nicol (both Deceased).

In spite of Dales many disabilities, he chose to be happy.

To know Dale is to love him. We were all better when we were around him. He was an example of goodness and kindness and took genuine concern for all people.

He was a great example for expressing gratitude for the simple things we take for granted.

Dale loved being with family, his association with his brothers and sister was special. His loss is felt deeply and personally by each person that knew him.

Dale’s life as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was exemplified by those teachings and beliefs.

He is survived by his immediate family, his brothers Michael R. Nicol (Marsha), P. Kent Nicol (Mignon), Kevin R. Nicol (Marie-Louise), Kathryne Rowley (Robert) and many nieces and nephews that loved him dearly.

Dale had a big heart with so much love. He will be forever missed.

We appreciate the care, respect and concern given to Dale.

A Graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, September 30, 2019 at East Lawn Memorial Hills Cemetery, 4800 N. 650 E., Provo, UT. A viewing will be held from 1-1:45 p.m. prior to the graveside at Sundberg-Olpin Mortuary, 495 S. State Street, Orem, UT. Condolences may be expressed to the family on this page.
