Howard Sherwood

Our beloved husband, father and grandfather, Howard D Sherwood, passed away May 28, 2014, surrounded by his family and his loving wife. Howard was born September 30, 1932, to Daniel Heber and Maude Ione Evans Sherwood, in Milford, Utah. Howard and Marie Orton were married on Sept. 5, 1950, they had six children together. They were later divorced. On June 11, 1988, Howard married Judith W. Greening, adding 3 more children as well as raising a grandson. Howard graduated with his degree in Accounting in 1954 receiving his Utah CPA license number 184 . He began practicing in American Fork with Dee Hunter, then founded H. Sherwood & Company in 1974. He enjoyed the privilege of serving his clients for over 55 years. Howard is survived by his wife, Judith, his children, Steven (Edna) Sherwood, Dan Sherwood, Debbie Anderson, Catherine Sherwood, LeAnn (Steven) Gourley, Janet (Brett deceased) Blanco, Robert (Laura) Sherwood, Stephen Greening, Sr., Tony Greening, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 4th at 11:00 at the American Fork North Stake Center, 975 North 60 East, American Fork, with a viewing before at 9:45. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Sundberg-Olpin Mortuary, 495 South State, Orem. Interment will be in the American Fork City Cemetery.
