Alfonso David-Grajeda, age 37, of Orem, passed away February 19, 2016 after a work related accident. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sundberg-Olpin Funeral Home, 495 South State Street, Orem. A viewing will be held Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and also Tuesday 9:30 a.m. to 10:a.m. prior to the services. Interment will be in the Orem City Cemetery.
