Georgia Ida Sperry Taylor, 78, Lehi UT, earned her wings on February 9, 2022, surrounded by her family. She was born on August 20, 1943, in Nephi, Utah, the daughter of George C. and Ida (Greenhalgh) Sperry.
Georgia graduated from Juab High School and had a great passion for Drama and Performing. She was a talented artist who had a collection of oils, sketches and her favorite medium was watercolor. She was intrigued by historical buildings, trains and scenes that she could recreate. She was a puzzle fanatic and a devoted follower of the WWE Smackdown. She enjoyed old Westerns, crime shows and was always up to a good game of cards or chasing Unicorns.
Surviving are her five children Allan (Diane) Taylor of Salina, UT; Heidi Martin and Sean Bunkley of Las Vegas, NV; Joel (Patty) Taylor of Little Falls, MN; Candy (Troy) Neilsen of Ogden, UT and April Summers and Kenny (of Kenny’s Coffee) Wagner of Lehi, UT; 20 Grandchildren; 31 Great Grandchildren (one currently hanging out with Grandma now) and 2 Great Great Grandchildren; Brother Ron Sperry of Midvale UT and Sister Sue (Dan) Bringard of Delta, UT; She is predeceased by her husband Floyd W. Taylor, her parents, brother Dave Sperry and her son Frankie.
A viewing for friends and family will be held Saturday, February 12, 2022, from 11:00 am -12:00 pm at the LDS Church located at 1222 Brigham Road, St. George, UT followed by Graveside Services and interment at Tonaquint Cemetery, 1777 South Dixie Drive, St. George, UT 84770
