F. Keith Fullmer

Franklin Keith Fullmer, 68, of Orem, Utah, returned to his Heavenly Father on Friday, April 20, 2018. Keith was born July 12, 1949, in Salt Lake City, Utah to Franklin Hodgson Fullmer and Gwendolyn Valois Gunn Fullmer. He is survived by his loving wife, Wilma Jean Smith Fullmer, whom he married on June 3, 1971 in the Salt Lake Temple.

Keith was a loving husband, an inspirational father, a dear brother, a trusted friend, a giving neighbor, a talented person, an incredibly hard-working man, and a faithful son of God. Keith had a reputation for his skill to build or fix virtually anything, building his family home in Orem and often using his abilities to help others. Keith had a passion for music, playing the organ and piano in church and performing on the piano for the local senior center bringing joy to those around him through his music gifts.

Keith served as a home teacher, high priests group leader, ward clerk, statistical clerk, stake media specialist and organist, as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Keith is survived by his wife Wilma, daughter Barbara Jean Fullmer Alldredge, sons Franklin Alan Fullmer and Gary Scott Fullmer, his sisters Kathryn Ann Fullmer Darling and Joyce Valois Fullmer Seabury and his six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father Frank, mother Gwen and brother Gordon (Bud) Hugh Peck Jr.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 25 at 11:00 am at the Lakeview Stake Center located at 400 West 1800 South in Orem, with a viewing from 9:00 to 10:30 am. Burial will be in the Orem City Cemetery at 1520 North 800 East in Orem.
