Fern Bellows

Our beloved Fern Pyne Bellows, 90, passed away peacefully on November 28, 2015. Fern was born March 3, 1925, in Orem, Utah to Ivern and Martha Pyne, the last of 7 children. She married Wayne F Bellows for time and all eternity on April 25, 1944, in the Salt Lake Temple. Fern was a devoted, loving wife, mother and grandmother. Along with her husband, Wayne, she worked hard her entire life and was dedicated to serving and building a true eternal family. She had a love of the outdoors and enjoyed family camping and fishing trips. She and Wayne enjoyed traveling, especially to Church historical sites and Temples. She was truly converted to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served faithfully in Church callings her entire life. Fern is survived by her brother - Max Pyne; sister - Martha Cutler; and children - Gayle Jorgensen (Rod), Dennis Bellows (Connie), Lee Bellows (Judy), and Boyd Bellows (Jan); as well as 21 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband - Wayne F Bellows; son - Glen Bellows; brothers - Orland Pyne, Sam Pyne; and sisters - Leah Rowley, Alice Jensen. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 2nd at 1:00 p.m. at the LDS Orem 4th Ward Chapel, 50 South 800 East, Orem. A viewing will be held at Sundberg Olpin Mortuary, 495 South State Street, Orem on Tuesday, December 1st from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.and prior to the funeral from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.at the LDS 4th Ward building. Interment will be at Orem City Cemetery immediately following funeral services.
