Our loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother joined her beloved husband Robert (Bob) Lucas and family in Heaven on August 24, 2016.
Evelyn was born in Wallsburg, UT on March 23, 1926 to Marquis and Myrtie Mecham. She had a happy childhood. She married Bob on August 31, 1946. They had 5 children they raised in Orem. She is survived by her children Max (Sandy) Lucas, Hal (Carolyn) Lucas, Barbara (Allen) Pack, RaNae (Allan) Jones, and Bob Lucas Jr., adopted son David (Sue) Shields, 20 Grandchildren, and 38 Great-Grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, August 29, at 11 am at the Cherry Hill 6th Ward LDS Chapel, 1650 S. 200 E., Orem, UT. Public viewings will be held from 9 am – 10:45 am prior to the funeral at the church and also Sunday, August 28 from 6-8 pm at the Sundberg-Olpin Mortuary, 495 S. State St, Orem, UT. Burial will be in the Spanish Fork City Cemetery.
