Ester Salazar

"Together Again" Esther T. Salazar slipped quietly out of this life at 1:50pm on Saturday afternoon, 4 October 2014. The viewing will be at the Provo Riverside Chapel at 300 West 3700 North, Provo, Utah 84604, on Wednesday at 9:45am. The Funeral will be at 11:00am. Esther is preceded in death by her husband, Epifanio C. Salazar; by four brothers, Edward Trujillo, Samuel Trujillo, John Trujillo, and David Trujillo; by three sisters, Fermina Chavez, Lillie Salazar, and Sophia Montano; and by her daughter, Lillie Stokes. Esther is survived by her sister, Counselo Rowley, and by her son Richard Salazar. Esther was an active member of her church, having served in many callings, among them, Stake Missionary, Young Women's Camp Director, Stake President of Young Women, Sunday School Teacher and Visiting Teacher. She was an avid reader and participated in community and church choirs. Before her retirement, she was a competent self-taught bookkeeper. Esther was loved very much by her 8 grandchildren, 18 great grandkids and one great great grandkid.
