Donald Andersen

Donald Leroy Andersen, 81, of Orem, passed away on March 23, 2020.  He was born Oct 1, 1938 in Salt Lake City to Loysel L. Andersen and Marjorie Cook.  He married Margo Elaine Andersen May 21, 1965 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.  She preceded him in death in 2016.

Don served on the Air Force. He enjoyed many things throughout his life. This includes newspaper editor, photography, Real Estate and gardening. He was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served in many callings throughout his Life.

Don is survived by his six children: Kirt Leroy Andersen of Salt Lake City, Utah; Scott Micheal Andersen of Stockton, Utah; Charlene Elaine Andersen of Orem, Utah; Wesley James Andersen of Murray, Utah; Lance Christopher Andersen of Orem, Utah; Ryan Daniel Andersen of Orem, Utah; 7 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild.  He was preceded in death by his wife Margo and his brother Teddy and sister Shirley Clements.

A Graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2020 at the Orem City Cemetery, 1520 North 800 East, Orem, Utah. Condolences may be expressed to the family on this page.
