“Smokey”

Our Sweet girl, Danielle, 38, passed from this earthly life and ran into the arms of her loving mother on Friday, January 6, 2023.

On the cool, crisp morning of October 23, 1984, Danielle was born to Daniel and Mindy Miller Harvey. Weighing in at a whopping 3lbs 5oz she was the largest of their three daughters.

Danielle spent most of her life living in Lehi, Utah. While attending Lehi High school she was nominated Honorary Prom Queen, as well as Honorary Miss Lehi.

Danielle loved her animals fiercely, they were her babies. Over the years she had many cats, dogs, a few rats, and as a young girl her dad brought home skunks. This was a favorite childhood memory of hers.

Danielle loved a new hairstyle. Her hair has been every color of the rainbow at least once. And we all remember her punk rock stage. She loved Ozzy Osbourne and had a thing for that creepy Chucky doll.

Danielle loved her family above all. She was so proud of her two nephews, Field and Reid. She always kept close relationships with her cousins. Danielle was a small girl when her mother passed away, at that time the two girls went to live with their Harvey grandparents. She was very close to her grandmother Connie, Danielle was a wonderful caregiver to her in her last days. She met Jamey later in her life and they were happily married in February 2020.

Danielle was born without the use of her lower body. She never let this hold her back from living life to its fullest, and never complained. The past few years have been hard as her health has failed her. Jamey has been such a caring and loving caregiver to Danielle.

She is survived by her husband, Jamey Smith. Her father, Daniel (Brandie) Harvey. Her siblings; Ashley Harvey Stewart, Shane Harvey, and her stepbrother Jonathon Robinson. Her two nephews Field and Reid Stewart. And her furbabies; Dixie and Butters. As well as aunts, uncles, and cousins on both sides of her family. She was preceded in death by her mother and sister, Rachel. Grandparents; Don and Connie Harvey, James Miller, and Juanita Miller.

A Celebration of Life visitation will be held Friday, January 20th from 11-1 pm, this will be an open house at the LDS Church Building, 320 West 500 North, Lindon. Short graveside service the same day at 1:30 pm at the Lehi City Cemetery.
