Colette Johnson

Colette Leavitt Johnson, 36, of Payson, Utah passed away on Friday, June 3, 2016.  Memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. in the LDS Chapel at 135 East 2000 South Orem, Utah, 84058.  She was born on September 7, 1979 to Kathryn Myrlene Woodward and Leo Elroy Leavitt.  She married Michael Phillip Johnson on February 14, 2002 and they later divorced.  She is the mother of two beautiful girls, Taylor Rayne and Addison Skye.  She is survived by her daughters, four sisters, and one brother; Wendy Leavitt Earnest (Fred), Jill Leavitt Evans (Gary), Cindy Leavitt (Mark Krueger), Lisa Leavitt Allen (Chris), and Greg Leavitt (Lauren).
