Charlotte Mary Hansen

Charlotte Mary Vincent Hansen, 77, of Orem, passed away Saturday, February 17th, 2024. She was born November 30th, 1946, in Spokane, Washington to Norman E. Vincent and Mary Elinor Anderson Vincent. She married Michael Lynn Hansen on December 29th, 1976, in the Provo Temple.

Charlotte loved to serve others with kindness in whatever way possible. She would always make sure that she included others that may have felt neglected or dismissed. Since the pandemic started, she would contact her sister, Pamela, 3 times a week to check on her. She met her husband at BYU where she worked as a phone operator. Her supervisor arranged a blind date for her with Michael. She served a 2-year mission in the Central States for The Church of Jesus Christ.

Charlotte is survived by her husband, four children, and her sister and brother: Michael Hansen of Orem, Utah; Mike (PJ) Hansen of Vineyard, Utah; Maren Allen of Orem, Utah; Matt (Ashley) Hansen of Orem, Utah; Marcus Hansen of Orem, Utah; Pamela Vincent of Denton, Texas and Norman (Rosemary) Vincent Denton, Texas; 5 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her two sisters Sandra and Jerene.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 22nd at 11:00 a.m. in the LDS chapel located at 140 North 400 West in Orem, Utah. A viewing will be held before the services from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Burial will be at the Orem City Cemetery.
