Carol Price

October 27, 1928 — March 31, 2017

Our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Carol Price, passed away of natural causes on March 31, 2017, at 88 years old. She is now free from pain and reunited with her husband George.

Carol Nora Everett was born in Kaysville, Utah on October 27,1928, to Armond Ripley and Beatrice Everett.

Carol married George Price on January 15,1949, in Reno, Nevada. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple in 1956. Carol and George were blessed with four beautiful children. Carol's children were her top priority. She loved being a mother and being involved in her children's lives.

Carol was very active in the LDS Church, where she served in the primary presidency. She was also a faithful visiting teacher. The family had a passion for golf. Carol would play on the Women's Team every week. She also enjoyed playing in golf tournaments and won many of them. Carol had many neighborhood friends, as she and George lived in Orem for over 50 years. Carol loved to play bridge and played bridge monthly with a group of friends for many years.

Carol is survived by her children: Ron (Susanna] Price, Randy (Jeanette) Price, Karen (Don) Reid and Scott (Kerri) Price; 15 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband George; one granddaughter Stephanie Reddington; three sisters: Betty Darlene, Marie Elizabeth and Geraldine; one brother John Ernest; and her parents Armond Ripley and Beatrice Everett.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday April 11, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at the Cherry Hill 3rd Ward Chapel at 1650 South 200 East, Orem, Utah. There will be a viewing before the service at 10:00 to 10:45 am.
